Onwer Builder is a term that refers to someone taking the responsibility of the construction of their own home, not necessarily doing all the work yourself. A large section of our work is dedicated to owner builders and it is probably the area in which we have our greatest strength, that is ensuring that the person knows how the windows will arrive and how they tie into the new or existing works. This is an area that often causes trouble when the windows arrive on-site, they just aren`t how the owner pictured them, but with a little time and attention to detail, these obstacles are usually avoided.
